SCALONTM 901 includes ph booster, scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, dispersant, sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger. All in one.
SCALONTM 902 includes scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, dispersant, sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger.
SCALONTM 903 is used in cooling water treatment for scale and corrosion inhibition for ferrous metals and their alloys.
SCALONTM 904 is used for scale and corrosion inhibition when yellow metals are present as material of construction i.e. copper, brass and their alloys.
SCALONTM 905 is used for algae, fungus and bacterial control to prevent organic deposition on heat transfer surfaces.
SCALONTM 906 is used to increase pH of the steam condensate to prevent corrosion of condensate return lines coming to the boiler feed water tank. Same to be added into boiler feed water tank.
SCALONTM 907 keeps the precipitated hardness salts in sludge form which will settle at the bottom of the boiler and can be removed through blow down.
SCALONTM 908 keeps dust, silt, suspended solids in sludge form and prevents them from adhering on heat transfer surfaces. Same will be discarded during blow down or passing through the side stream filter.
SCALONTM 909 is most efficient for scale inhibition on Multiple effect evaporator calendria tubes, which helps keeping electrical and thermal energy consumption at minimum. Same helps the plant to run on full constant capacity, reduce the cleaning frequency and downtime.
It is a secondary antiscalant to be used in combination with SCALONTM 909 to boost its efficiency in scale prevention in some cases.
It is used to prevent foaming and carryover of liquid along with steam to maintain condensate quality.
It converts hard sulfate scale into acid soluble form which can be easily dissolved in subsequent acid treatment.
It is an inhibited acid cleaner for ferrous metals and their alloys to dissolve scale in minimum time without adversely affecting the MOC i.e. MS, SS, CS etc.
